We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our field technicians, whose schedules are blocked once a booking is confirmed.

Free Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule any booking free of charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled slot. Simply WhatsApp us at +91 82968 89214 with your booking ID.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled slot incur a 50% charge of the visit fee (typically ₹100–₹150). This compensates the technician for the reserved time slot.

Technician Already Dispatched

If our technician has already departed and is on the way to your location, the full visit fee applies. We'll let you know via WhatsApp the moment the technician leaves.

Refunds

Refunds for prepaid services are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For UPI/bank transfers, refunds are typically credited within 1–2 business days.

AMC Cancellation

Annual Maintenance Contracts can be cancelled within 7 days of subscription for a full refund. After 7 days, pro-rated refunds are available based on services already rendered.
