  • To confirm, schedule and deliver your service booking.
  • To send service updates, invoices and warranty cards via WhatsApp, SMS or email.
  • To respond to support queries you raise with us.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We share information only with: (a) the field technician assigned to your booking, (b) payment processors when you pay online, and (c) law-enforcement authorities when legally required.
