Terms of Service

By booking a service with Al Ahad Pro you ("the customer") agree to the following terms.
Service Areas
We operate exclusively in Bengaluru, Karnataka — currently covering BTM Layout, Koramangala, HSR Layout, Jayanagar, JP Nagar, Electronic City and surrounding zones. Service to other areas is at our discretion and subject to a travel charge.
Visit Fee & Quotation
A visit fee applies per appliance and covers diagnosis only. Repair charges and spare parts are quoted upfront in writing before any work begins. You may decline the quote and pay only the visit fee.
30-Day Warranty
All workmanship is covered by a 30-day service warranty from the date of completion. If the original issue recurs within 30 days, we will fix it free of charge. The warranty does not cover: physical damage caused after our visit, electrical surges, water damage, manufacturer defects or issues unrelated to the original repair.
Spare parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, typically 6–12 months.
Cancellation
See our Cancellation Policy for full details. Free cancellation up to 2 hours before your slot; 50% fee within 2 hours; full visit fee once the technician has been dispatched.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept Cash, UPI and Card at your doorstep. For AMC plans, payment is collected upfront for the contract duration.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service or repair charged. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages including data loss, business interruption or third-party claims arising from appliance failure.
Customer Responsibilities
Please provide reasonable access to the appliance, accurate information about the issue and a safe working environment for our technician.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
